Remember those Home remedies Grandma used to swear by?! Well Modern Science is proving them effective! So Let’s take a trip back to the Roots and start using those recipes again!
Warm Water with Lemon :
Not only does a cup of warm water with lemon first thing in the morning help cleanse the digestive system, but it also keep the viruses away and promotes healthy weight loss!
Honey and Lemon:
A spoon full of honey with a squeeze of Lemon keeps, flu, sinusitis, throat infections and viruses away! It also boosts the immune system and the energy throughout the day!
Sage and Lemon Juice:
Add dried sage leaves and ½ teaspoon of lemon juice to a cup of hot water. Let the remedy stand for about 10 minutes then drink to cure canker sores and belly aches!
Ginger Tea and Garlic :
Having fever and a case of severe bronchitis or flu? Boil some Ginger Roots , let them soak in your mug for around 10 minutes before Drinking. Chop some garlic and swallow with water (the exact way you would administer a pill)
Baking Soda and Vinegar:
To treat a painful bee sting, mix enough vinegar to baking soda to make a healing paste that you apply to affected skin.
For belly aches , or painful menstrual cycles, Cinnamon tea is definitely the most effective and natural remedy
