Let’s fight the bad vibes!

Motivational speaker Mirella Frenn gave us  10 ways to defend ourselves against negativity.

1- We shouldn’t embrace and take other people’s negativity personally

2- We should spend more time with positive people

3- We should start by being the positivity we want to see in the world

4- We have to change the way we think

5- We have to focus on solutions rather than problems

6- We can love whoever is around to be loved

7- We can provide support when it makes sense

8- We have to realize that life is a series of ups and downs

9- We should concentrate on today

10- We have to let go and move on when we must
