Helwi El Hayet’s episode 14

Hi all!

Who of you are fans of the drama series Ruby? We had a surprise prepared for all you Ruby fans.

Our main guests was actress Pierrette Katrib who plays the role of Ruby’s sister, Rasha. We took a picture of Pierrette backstage minutes before going live and we would love to share it with you.

Our host Carla Haddad had a talk with nutritionist Huda Maamary about a balanced and healthy diet for toddlers. It is important for a child aged between one and three to eat from the five different food categories. To be more specific, a toddler should have three servings of milk and dairy products, four to six servings of grains and starches, two servings of meat and beans, two to three servings of vegetables and two to three servings of fruits. Nutritionist Huda Maamary gave advice to mothers to ensure their child has a healthy and balanced diet. It is very important to help your child to get an adequate amount of milk and dairy products.

During our first break, we took a picture of our beautiful host Carla Haddad to share it with you guys!

Body language expert Habib el-Khoury analyzed the body language of our main guest Pierrette Katrib.

Accessory designer Yasmina Farah Massoud then joined us and showed us some items of her collection. This is her brand’s, February designs, thrid collection. This collection includes shoes and bags. Here’s a pic of a bag from her latest collection.

Hope you enjoyed today’s episode and see you back on Monday!

Have a nice weekend.

Love,

Helwi El Hayet
