Helwi El Hayet’s episode 4

Hi all,

Before our show started our host Carla Younes and Afaf Damaa were chatting and we could not help but take a picture of our two hosts.

Our main guest on today’s episode was interior designer Magdalena Diab who shared with us her design preferences as well as her shift between contemporary and modern designs. “There was a time where I only designed classic houses but as my experience grew I decided to experiment with modern styles”, she says.

We also met with Raghid Jureidini  and Vanessa Moussa who talked about the Dalton City Festival and shared with us the program of this exciting event.

Day 1 : Games + Extreme + Karaoke

Day 2 : Games + Extreme+ Battle of the bands

Day 3: Games + Extreme + Closing ceremony and tombola draw

Extreme : Many extreme games such as Rocket BUNGEE  jumping ( 70 meters high) ,climbing wall, Tyrolienne, Human Bowling and Rappel.

Our next guest was social activist from Nasawiya Nadine Mouawad who shed the light on their work on their lastest campaign. She explained that on January 14, 2012, over a thousand men and women marched in the morning rain to demand an end to archaic rape laws in Lebanon. In another step towards achieving this, they have launched a targeted campaign to specifically delete Article 522 from the Lebanese Penal Code.

Our final guest was General manager of We Group Richard Pharaon who talked about the upcoming concert called Generation 80 that will take place on saturday 21st of April at Biel.

This concert will gather French stars from the 80’s : Claude Barzotti – Julie Pietri – La Compagnie Créole – Michelle Torr – Bernard Sauvat – Jean-Jacques Lafon – El Chato – Jean-François Michael.
