Helwi Beirut’s episode 33!

Hi all!

Our episode today was full of interesting reports and segments. We hosted many guests and learned about them more. Our main guest was President of Lebanese Franchise Association (LFA), Charles Arbid.

Kristina Kaghdo, programmer at Metropolis Art Cinema discussed with us the event “A Retrospective of Ingmar Bergman”. Ingmar Bergman is a swedish film director, writer and producer. He directed over 60 films and documentaries for cinema and television.

Secretary General of Lebanon Green Again, Rabih Salem joined us to introduce us to the new campaign “National Green Cover Campaign”  to increase the greenery across Lebanon.

A Radio/Television graduate who took part in the Lebanese film out in cinemas now “Cash Flow” was part of our show. Anthony Najem who graduated two years ago from Notre Dame University – Zouk (NDU) played the role of the bad guy in the film. He told us about his acting experience.

Basel Rajoub, saxophone player and music composer was at our studios and talked about his musical concert taking place on the 4th of February.

TV producer Tarek-Gabriel Sikias spent months developing the “Chef Ramzi – Lebanese Recipes” application. The application is available in four different languages (Arabic, English, French and Spanish).
