Books, fashion and chocolate tarte on episode 20!

Hi all!

Finally it’s Friday and like every Friday we have numerous guests and interesting segments. Our main guest was Lebanese DJ and the Guru of  Arabic electronic dance music from the Middle East. He shared with us his experiences and talked about his future project.

Yoga instructor Doris el-Hajj is now a regular with us on the show! As we all know, yoga has many benefits for adults, but can a kid start practicing yoga at an early age? Doris discussed the benefits of yoga for children who can start practicing at the early age of three.

Accessory designing has always been her hobby, but it was not until ten years ago that she transformed her hobby into a profession. Accessory designer Coletter Zakaria showed us some handmade items from her collection. She usually uses copper, beads, Swarovski and pearls.

Clinical psychologist and author of “The Positive You” and “The Positive Us” Anita Papas was a guest on today’s show. She explained more about her books.

Our weekly rendezvous with Chef Ramzi was today! He prepared a delicious chocolate tarte. Don’t we all love Chef Ramzi’s recipes? Check out the recipe below.

Tarte dough:

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 eggs

English cream:

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 vanilla pod

Tarte filling:

  • 2 cups English cream
  • 400 grams grated chocolate
