More about the “Abaya” and a trip to an Armenian restaurant on Helwi Beirut’s episode 39!

Hi all!

In our show today, we featured interesting guests and informative reports and segments. Our main guest was Abdallah Bel Kheyr who explained more about his famous “Yeees” and talked about his future plans.

During our fashion segment, designer Randa Salamoun talked about the evolution of he “Abaya” designs through scenes from her runway shows. Randa Salamoun keeps the Middle Eastern feel of the “Abaya” and adds a modern twist to it.

Yoga instructor Doris el-Hajj showed us how to relief neck and shoulder pain by stretching and yoga exercises in a maximum of 10 minutes.

One of the best DJs in Germany Keano Gray, was one of our guests for today’s episode. He is of Lebanese origin, but he has been living in Germany for 23 years. He began his DJ career at the young age of 16 and got known as soon as David Copperfield and Claudia Schiffer asked him to play his music in their private lounges. Other than his DJ career, Keano Gray is also a model. He has been on the covers of Cosmopolitan, Men’s Health and Germany GQ.

Every Thursday Barbara prepares a special report. This week, Barbara joined Serge and Aline to teach her about the Armenian cuisine.

Finally Dr. Khalil Mouchantaf, specialist in internal medicine from Harvard, explained about the latest treatments and solutions for the changes that affect the skin after a prolonged exposure to the sun without the usage of protection.
