Fights among children, new records set in Guinness book and Lebanese designers in the Emmy Awards on HWM’s episode 12!!

Hi all!

Today’s episode had some interesting guests and special reports. Our main guest was President of Youssef Bey Foundation Ms. Rita Salim Karam and we talked about children’s fights in school & the duties & responsibilities of the parents with etiquette and image specialist Nadine Daher, featured a report about three new records set for the Guinness World Record book 2012, another report about Lebanese designers occupying the Emmy Awards and much more!

Nadine Daher explained that children naturally argue and fight, but it is the school and the parents’ responsibility to set a good example of politeness, helpfulness and patience. The school administration should always be in contact with the parents and let them be aware if their child is violent and it is the parents’ role to teach their child to apologize and make them be responsible for their own actions.

We featured an interesting report about three new set records for the Guinness book 2012. “The Dutchess”, a Las Vegas singer holds the record for the world’s longest nails on both hands. Skye Broberg from Australia is the world’s most elastic woman. In Japan, thirteen dogs jumped the rope at the same time breaking the world record in process. Check out our special report below to know more about those new records.

For fashion lovers, we did not forget you this episode. We featured a report about the best three dresses designed by Lebanese designers during the Emmy Awards Ceremony 2011. Famous designers like Elie Saab and Zuhair Murad dressed the celebrities in reds and blacks. Take a look at our report to check the designs.

Tune in tomorrow at 4:30 pm Beirut time for another interesting episode of Helwi w Murra.
